Marcia St. Louis was born in Huntsville, Alabama and earned her bachelors degree from Athens State University. She graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law. While in law school, Ms. St. Louis served as Vice President of Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society and Lieutenant Governor for Legislative Affairs of the American Bar Association’s Law Student Division (5th District). She was awarded the Federal Income Tax Clinic Scholarship and the Dean’s Community Service Award.

Ms. St. Louis advises clients regarding business formation, real estate transactions, commercial and residential leasing, contracts, and business disputes. She is admitted to practice before all state courts in Alabama, and is a member of both the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association and the Alabama State Bar.
