Mr. Daniel was born in Huntsville, Alabama. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1990 and attended Jones School of Law at Faulkner University receiving his J.D. degree in 1997. While in law school, Mr. Daniel was a member of Sigma Delta Kappa legal fraternity and recipient of awards in Moot Court competition as well as trial advocacy.

Mr. Daniel served as Assistant District Attorney for Madison County, Alabama until joining the firm in 2003. His primary areas of practice are Real Estate Law, Busisness Law including residential and commercial closings, leases and Banking Law.
