Keith Samuel Jones was born in Charlotte, North Carolina and attended undergraduate school at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, graduating in 1977. He attended Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and received his J.D. degree in 1980. Mr. Jones practices real estate and business law, including commercial and residential loan closings, property divisions, foreclosures, leases, and banking law.

Mr. Jones is a member of the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association; Alabama State Bar; Association of Trial Lawyers of America; and the Huntsville-Madison County Homebuilders Association.
