Daniel C. Boswell was born in Enterprise, Alabama and attended undergraduate school at the University of Alabama where he was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma and Beta Gamma Sigma scholastic achievement fraternities. Mr. Boswell attended the University Alabama School of Law, graduating in 1976, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award for Academic Excellence in Commercial Transactions.

Mr. Boswell was admitted to the practice of law in 1977. His areas of concentration within the firm include real estate, banking, and probate work, including residential and commercial real estate closings. He is a member of the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association, Alabama Trial Lawyers Association and Alabama State Bar.
